Research paper on the Ainu in Japan focusing on the historical aspects and socioeconomical aspects.

I am planning to focus on the the Indigenous minority in Japan, (AINU).
the paper has to cover historical aspects of the Ainu and social-economical aspects of it.
the main question for the essay is how can the japanese government embrace and incorporate the minority into the society more? and how it will affect japanese citizens view and perception towards against minorities.
