Submit a research paper and reflection about the topic you picked in Week 1 Your paper should be eight to ten pages
See the following guidelines for additional details.
1. Use APA formatting (title page, references page, citations, margins, etc.)
2. Your research paper should include the following (at a minimum):
* Background on your topic
* Major researchers/contributors
* Overview of the topic – how does it influence organizations, leadership, management, etc.?
* Major applications of your topic
* References – at least three academic references in addition to the textbook (academic references should come from the Cleary Online Library).
3. Reflection – approximately one to two pages should be a personal reflection on your topic. Why did you pick the topic? What did you learn, and how will it impact you in the future? Will it change any of your own thoughts, perceptions, or behaviors in the workplace?

* Analyze individual and group behavior, and describe the implications of organizational behavior on the process of management.
* Describe and apply the concepts of employee motivation in the workplace.
* Evaluate the various leadership styles and conflict management strategies used in organizations.
* Describe the basic elements of organizational structure, and evaluate their impact on employees.
* Explain how organizational culture and change impact relationships within organizations.
