are not available to you?
• Which benefits are most important to you? Why are these most important?
• Are you taking advantage of all the benefits that are available to you?
• If you were to change jobs, what benefits would you look for in a new position?
• Which of these benefits would determine whether you would accept a position (e.g.,
would you take a job that offered health insurance but did not offer a 401K)? In other
words, the lack of which benefit(s) would be a deal breaker?
