Board Job Description

For this assignment, you utilize your week 1 choice of a nonprofit organization, preferably your own venture. For Part 1 of the assignment, write a job description for your board of directors. Include a general description of what all board members will do. For Part 2, write a short paragraph summary of what each board member will be individually responsible to do. For example, consider the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other positions you may decide to have on the board.
