This week we’re discussing data analysis and how marketers are using data to personalize the customer experience. Marketers are using technology to collect data from many different sources. Use the Berkeley College library to conduct research regarding how marketers are using technology to collect consumer data. Identify two (2) different types of technologies that is currently being used. In your analysis also discuss the following (a). the benefits to consumers and the company and (b) are there any disadvantages to collecting consumer data?
