Use of low dose aspirin as secondary prevention in adults

Brief overview of previous studies that have documented to use of low-dose Aspirin by age category, race/ethnicity, education level, smoking history, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and obesity among 40-80 years of age with at least one stroke event.
Identify and describe the research gap and the importance of evaluating
medication use of the aspirin:
* overall in patients 40-80 years old
* and in patients participants (subpopulations specified below) who are :
Hispanic and non-Hispanic
smokers and non-smokers
aged 40-80 years with at least a high school diploma
and at least one previous stroke event
and diagnosed with dyslipidemia, hypertension.
