Throughout this course, you have written essays and participated in discussion forums in an effort to analyze various elements of film, using different theoretical lenses. Considering that this is the final writing assignment, you will want to review all previous class materials, including all chapters read and discussion board responses.
You are encouraged to incorporate writing from your Week 2 and Week 3 assignments only after you have reflected on your instructor’s feedback and revised the relevant parts of the essays accordingly. Additionally, refer to the outline template in the Week 4 assignment. As you are incorporating your previous work, be sure to consider the broader requirements and context of this assignment, especially regarding film as a medium of social commentary. Do not simply cut and paste material but rather use it as a building block to construct a new paper addressing this prompt’s requirements.
This final film critique is your opportunity to combine the previously addressed elements from Weeks’ 2 and 3 papers into analyzing one film and how it might influence society or shine a light on a social issue.

Analyze your selected film using one of the broad theories you have learned about in class (auteur theory, genre theory, formalist theory).
Evaluate the use of three specific techniques and design elements employed in the film as they contribute to the overarching narrative, theme, and social commentary of your chosen film. This can include elements of mise-en-scène (e.g., lighting, sound, composition of frame, costuming, etc.) and editing (e.g., cuts and transitions, shots used, angles, etc.).
Describe the ways in which your chosen film has impacted society or how it has called attention to a particular social issue (i.e., politically or culturally, positive or negative).
In the conclusion of your paper,
Draw connections between each element of your chosen film and how they contribute to the film’s overall stance on a particular social issue, if it is effective in doing so, and why addressing this issue is necessary to society.

Prepare a code of ethics for a fictional criminal justice agency that includes a minimum of eight elements. If you are not a member of a criminal justice agency, research the type of agency you wish to join to get an idea of which elements should be included. The Agile Organization
At the beginning of this course, we discussed what it means for an organization to be agile in a business or operational sense. As we explored agile project management in greater detail, we have also considered the forces which either foster or restrain the use of agile approaches. For this final individual written assignment, students are asked to consider what are the characteristics of organizations which are most likely to adopt and regularly use agile methods successfully. Can you define the ideal “agile organization”, which for this assignment is one which is suitably responsive to a turbulent environment but is also capable of using agile frameworks such as Scrum, XP or Kanban successfully for suitable projects? Part 1 .Scope Creep . This week’s discussion on scope creep has been very interesting and fitting for our intervention class. Articles that discuss scope creep have discussed real problems with the outcome of practice implementation. As we prepare to implement a new project, we must ensure that the scope of the project must be clearly articulated as there is a significant risk of about 50% of project failure which is a result of scope creep (Komal et al., 2020). The DNP student is expected to implement their project within 8-10 weeks, so all steps must be taken to prevent scope creep for the successful completion of the implementation process. As healthcare needs change so rapidly, from day to day, and can negatively impact my proposed project. I will implement methods such as 1. effective communication with participants staff and stakeholders, 2. Involvement of the office staff (end-users of the project), and 3. Provide a continuous supportive environment for the project staff and participants. (Mian, Khan & Al-Yafei, 2020).
Stakeholder Communication
Stakeholder communication is an important attribute for the success of the project. The communication proposed within the project will be ongoing while allowing a two-way forum. This will entail the effective flow of communication between the DNP nurse, project staff, and participants where questions can be asked and answered, and uncertainties clarified Rajhans, 2018). The DNP student must ensure that the stakeholders are engaged and that their input and needs are managed appropriately (Rajhans, 2018). The DNP student must be cognizant of their responsibility to the stakeholders so all efforts can be made to uphold effective communication for the success of the project.
